Pistacia lentiscus is a beautiful mediterranean shrub with a persistent aromatic foliage. Its flowers are green, less remarkable than its fruits, some little shiny red berries which become black when fully matured. Restricted to mild climates, this variety will resist to dry soils as well as drying winds once installed. It also accepts salt sprays and near the sea planting.
