Brassica oleracea var. ramosa Daubenton’s Green is a heritage perennial kale cultivar selected for its vigorous, highly branched growth, continuous leaf production, and resilience in low-input systems. It is characterized by its non-heading habit, ability to provide edible shoots year-round under mild climates, excellent cold tolerance, and suitability for agroecological and perennial vegetable systems.

CRAMBE maritima is a decorative and at the same time, edible specie. Nowadays protected, its a cousin from our cabbage's vegetable garden, with its subtle cauliflower's taste. It grows on the littoral (talus and scree) but we can grow it very well in pot as well as in the vegetable garden. The little spring flowers perfume with a smell of honey. Its surrated large leaves and bluish green leaves reach about 60 cm high and 1m width.

Rustic and creeping, Mentha requienii is a lovely ground-cover in any season. Its small rounded leaves grow while forming a close to the ground carpet. Its flowering is composed of very little light purple flowers, in June and July. Under a tree or a shrub layer, around a stepping stones path, this plant looks good.

Salvia officinalis, commonly known as common sage or garden sage, is a Mediterranean woody perennial valued for its ornamental, culinary, and medicinal uses. With its evergreen grey-green aromatic foliage and blue-violet summer flowers, it offers high drought tolerance and low maintenance, making it ideal for dry gardens, herb beds, and sustainable landscape designs.
