Superb pennisetum with a purple foliage, Pennisetum Princess Caroline ® is a very interesting variety for all kinds of landscaping projects. Its long ribbon-shaped leaves are dark purple coloured, and make tall splayed tufts. Not very hardy, this cultivar is restricted to mild climates and to sunny and fresh places. It can be planted in planters or in open ground.
