FARGESIA obelisk® is a vigorous and hardy variety that can grow to more than 4m in height. Its slender and compact habit allows it to remain erect despite its height. The culms are green with cream-coloured stem sheaths for the first few months before falling off. The dense foliage is bright green. It is a robust variety that tolerates sunny situations well.
