The characteristics of LIRIOPE muscari Isabella®.
It is a perennial that has everything to please, it grows in the sun as well as in the shade and, once established, tolerates dry conditions well. These fine leaves grow in a tuft reminiscent of a grass. They are about 30cm long and less than 1cm wide, and can reach 30/40cm in all directions. The flowers appear in May and continue until September. A panicle bearing small pink to mauve bells develops above the very decorative foliage.
How to use LIRIOPE muscari Isabella®.
LIRIOPE muscari Isabella® can be planted in beds mixed with other perennials but it is more interesting planted en masse. It can be used as a border plant to create a bed or a pathway or in a dense planting as an alternative to grass. This liriope can easily replace the lawn where it does not want to grow and in places that are difficult to access because it requires little maintenance.
