Characteristics of the hybrid WEIGELA 'Picobella Rosso'.

Robust and compact, this Weigela 'Picobella Rosso' is a little wonder. It produces a profusion of red trumpet-shaped flowers with contrasting white pistils. The foliage is a beautiful soft green.
