Nephrolepsis cordifolia ARTICJUNGLE®, a fern native to the southern United States, is unlike any other outdoor fern; and for good reason, most Nephrolepsis are associated with houseplants, making Nephrolepsis cordifolia ARTICJUNGLE® an exotic looking but cold resistant fern. Its foliage consists of long fronds of small, soft green leaflets. The leaves grow straight before falling down in an arched shape. It must be considered as null and void, its foliage disappearing with the frost. They thus form a beautiful dense clump of a height which can exceed one meter of wingspan. The Nephrolepsis cordifolia ARTICJUNGLE® grows and colonizes the space by a vigorous system of fine runners. It also has a kind of tuber/bulb as a reserve organ.
