ERYNGIUM planum Pen Blue is a thistle's variety extremely blue. Its upright silvered-colour tuft reaches about 80cm high and flourishes all the summer round between June and August. It grows in flowered rockery or in decorative pots. We can plant it in vegetable garden in order to attract pollinisators. It provides with modernity and naturalness our gardens. Its flowered stems make beautiful fresh or dry-bunches.
