Nerium oleander Harriet Newding is an oleander with a sophisticated flowering, composed of big white flowers, sometimes light pink, with petals striated of pink in the middle. The flower buds are also pink. This beautiful mediterranean variety makes nice tall plantings with a very decorative long-lasting summer flowering. In pot or in planters, it decorates terraces and patios.
