New in the Callistemon family with this Calistemon Inferno®, it is characterized by a yellow-orange discolouration of the young foliage during the summer or atomizes it depending on the climate. Flowering is significant for Callistemons, but it is a variety that can bloom again during the season if there is sufficient soil moisture and high temperatures.

Characteristics of the Calistemon Inferno®.

 Native to Australia, this bushy evergreen shrub is ideal for the dry areas of your garden. From April to June, it will be smothered by bright red, pin-like flowers with large foliage on upright stems, which can bloom several times during the season if the soil is cool enough and the climate is warm. The foliage is characteristic of callistemon, oblong leaves, pointed at the tip, dark green and leathery.

How to use Calistemon Inferno®.


The Callistemon Inferno is suitable in many situations, in the garden it will integrate exotic flower beds, it can easily withstand exposure to sea spray and can also be grown in pots on the terrace and patio.

What advice can be given to grow Calistemon Inferno® successfully?


Plant in moist, well-drained soil and keep the plant in full sun. Keep it away from winter frosts and strong winds. Tolerates drier soils and coastal areas.
