Characteristics of the Agave Manfredii Redwing ® (Mangave).
A Globe Planter selection resulting from a hybridization between a Manfreda that brings original colours and an Agave that brings structure. Mangave Redwing ® develops a sumptuous red to burgundy foliage with shades of green on some leaves. The leaves are sword-shaped and quite broad, bordered by fine spines, they resemble those of agaves but are less prickly. The rosette formed is dense and slightly spreading.

Agave Manfredii Redwing ® is a plant to plant in rock gardens, cactus beds and other dry gardens for a DRY AND DESIGN look. In combination with Sedums, Dasylirions, Dianellas, Bulbines, Yuccas... It can also be grown in a pot on a terrace or patio, in a MEXICAN GARDEN atmosphere or in an INDOOR/OUTDOOR GARDEN.
