Characteristics of Hosta Ki Ren Jyaku ®.

A shade perennial par excellence, this variety of Hosta quickly develops its luxuriant foliage and makes its mark in a few weeks in a bed. These broad, cordate leaves are chartreuse green at the base and fade to lemon yellow towards the tip, creating a play of bright, invigorating shades. From the beginning of June and during the first part of the summer, large flowering stems develop above the foliage, generously furnished with flowers. The double bell-shaped flowers, of a beautiful pale pink to lavender, offer a beautiful combination of colours with the leaves. A great way to brighten up shadowy gardens and dark corners.
