Characteristics of the Harlequin Red® Penstemon.

The Harlequin Red® Penstemon is a semi-persistent perennial with a beautiful dark green, slightly serrated foliage. From June to October it is covered with long spikes of red tubular flowers. The flowers are borne on upright stems and bloom all summer long, giving a bright raspberry red colour.
