Among banana trees, le Musa Sikkemensis Red Tiger is one of the most original varieties. Its large leaves are green, finely striped with purple in the same direction as the ribs. Pink colored flowers and fruits are added to these strange striped leaves. Very compact and with a little developpment, this variety looks good planted as an isolated subject or in planting beds.
